Negative Emotions and Positive Psychology      F irstly, we talk about positive psychology and then the existence of negativity in life or Negative Emotions and psychological facts about it.       Positive Psychology is about positive aspects of your life like happiness, wellbeing, and flourishing.  Five elements of well-being and flourishing according to  Martin Seligman's building blocks of well-being  are called the PERMA model: positive emotions, engagement, positive relationships, meaning, and achievement (PERMA).      Traditional psychology focused on clinical aspects i.e. about the disorder it did not talk about the positive attribute of the human.
